May 6 from 12 to 4 p.m. we're having a Renaissance Faire in Chesapeake, VA. The Renaissance Group we had needed to bow out at the last minute and we are in dire straits now. The Faire is located on a large wooded lot and will have a Theater in the Round with lots of entertainment, games and booths. "The Reluctant Dragon" will be performed for children by a 35-piece choral group. "Men in Tights" will perform the song and dance from the Mel Brooks movie. There are five brief one-act plays that are funny and fit the period. Lots of fun. Please call if you can attend and let me know group size. 757-241-1217.
